How color sorter machine works
Color sorter machine is mainly composed of a feeding system, an optical detection system, a signal processing system and a separation execution system. A device that automatically sorts out heterogeneous particles in granular materials based on the differences in optical characteristics of the materials. The selected materials enter the machine from the hopper on the top, and the selected materials are transmitted along the channel through the vibration of the vibrator device.
